The Hydrodrill Tube Cleaning Machine has completely revolutionized maintenance of tubes in heat exchangers, chemical reactors, condensers, re-boilers, absorbers, etc. It is available for cleaning tubes up to 40 feet long from 1/4 inch to 6 inch inside diameters and can b custom made for other lengths and diameters of tubes.

Any type of deposit is rapidly removed from the walls of the tube by mechanical and chemical action introduced by the Hydrodrill. by design, the Hydrodrill will remove obstructions without damaging the tubes regardless of the material from which the tubes are fabricated or the chemical composition of the obstruction.

The Hydrodrill is completely portable and requires only air pressure and a limited reservoir of water or in some cases, chemical for complete restoration of tubes. The liquid softens and/or flushes deposits and serves as a coolant and flame retardant in combustible atmospheres, thus eliminating the possibility of creating sparks. (The Hydrodrill is designed to meet or exceed O.S.H.A. requirements.) Tubes are cleaned in positions safely, quietly, and thoroughly.
